The CREIA was formed to provide consumers with important information about their home-selling choices and to ensure the highest level ethical standards within the industry.

WE  AGREE:

1. Honor all committments to homeowners.
2. Disclose all transaction terms in plain language for homeowners.
3. Ensure, whenever possible, that all agreements are written clearly and easy-to   understand language that expresses the specific terms, conditions, obligations, and committments of the parties.
4. Supply copies of all agreements to each party upon their signing.
5. Never exaggerate, misrepresent,or conceal any pertinent facts relating to the property or the transaction.
6. Treat our customers'  home and belongings with the utmost care at all times.
7. Continue our education in order to stay up to date regarding changes and new business methods within industry.
8. Always keep confidential any personal information known to the real estate investor.
9. Follow all applicable laws or regulations of state, federal, and other governmental bodies.
10.Participate only in fair and honest advertising and full disclosure of all products and services.
